Tom Kerwin
Managing Partner
Tom has managed more than $1B in public and private construction projects over the last 40+ years. His experience includes numerous K-12 school projects, large capital projects for universities, museums, research buildings for life sciences and nanotechnology, and historic building restorations. Over the course of his career, Tom has led projects with several prestigious international architects using GC and CM-At-Risk construction delivery methods.
Greg Walsh
Managing Partner
Greg has 40+ years of experience managing the design and construction of more than $800M in public and private projects. He has guided municipalities and school districts through every step of the process of building schools in partnership with the MSBA.
Brian Laroche
Project Director
Brian is a licensed architect and licensed construction supervisor with over 25 years of experience in public and private construction projects. As a Project Director and Senior Project Manager, Brian has managed projects ranging from $200K to over $100MM. He brings an unusually high level of expertise to design review, constructability review and project delivery.
